- This error is related to Universal C Runtime for Windows.
- Search for "Update for Windows 7 for x64-based systems KB2999226).
- Install the update, and launch Adobe Photoshop again.

Disable Windows Update/Automatic Update In Windows 10

- Somehow two of my PC and laptop cannot boot after installed Windows Update, somewhat related to 1803 version.
- First my PC got boot corrupted.
- So I burn Windows 10 ISO to USB, boot from USB, select REPAIR > TROUBLESHOOT > COMMAND PROMPT.
- I have multiple HDD and Windows on my PC.
- And I found out that, after installed updates related to 1803, boot sector/configuration is corrupted, the main Windows folder that I use is not in the boot list anymore.
- So the boot list is corrupted.
- First, I identify which volume is my Windows folder using DISKPART and make it active.
- You can google "windows 10 bootmgr missing", "windows 10 bcdboot repair", "windows 10 bootrec fixboot" and so on.
- Using DISKPART, I use LIST DISK, LIST PARTITION, LIST VOLUME, SELECT VOLUME, ACTIVE then EXIT.
- My missing Windows folder is D:\Windows.
- I try using BOOTREC /FIXMBR, then BOOTREC /FIXBOOT, but FIXBOOT give me error message either "ELEMENT NOT FOUND" or "ACCESS DENIED".
- So I go to folder "D:\EFI\MICROSOFT\BOOT", rename the current BCD to remove it using "REN BCD BCD.BAK".
- Then I use "BCDBOOT D:\Windows \l en-us \ s d: \f ALL"
- Then I use "BOOTREC /SCANOS", then "BOOTREC /REBUILDBCD"
- Then I restart my computer.
- Make sure first boot HDD is the HDD that you want to load the Windows.

- So because I don't want anymore Windows Update on Windows 10, I googled and found article on "How to Disable Windows 10 Update in Every Way" from EaseUS (https://www.easeus.com/todo-backup-resource/how-to-stop-windows-10-from-automatically-update.html#part1)
- I use "SERVICES.MSC" > Windows Update > Disabled.
- Then I use "GPEDIT.MSC" > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update > Configure Automatic Updates > Disabled.

Replace Laptop DVD With SSD Using Caddy

1. First, check your laptop DVD size. My laptop DVD model is DU-8A5SH. Googled to check the height to buy the correct caddy size.

2. Mine is 9.5mm. So I want to buy dvd hdd caddy from Lazada. My search keyword is "dvd caddy 9.5mm".

3. So I bought one from the list. Simple is it?

Bypass FRP Huawei Y5 Prime

- Different from Samsung. Same technique, use Talkback.
- To enable talkback, need to skip skip skip until you needed to key in previous Google Account.
- Connect to functional wifi hotspot.
- So now, press Back button.
- Then at language selection menu, Long Tap 2 fingers on the screen until Talkback is activated.
- Choose Talkback settings, disable Explore By Touch.
- Use double finger to scroll down, and select Help & Feedback.

How To Reset Ink Level Printer Epson L210

Just simple steps.
1. Turn off the power.
2. Turn back on. Wait a while, printer is loading.
3. Press red triangle button (first from right) for 5 seconds, then release.
4. Press again for 3 seconds, then release.
5. Press just once.
6. The ink level indicator should be turn off.

Samsung SM-532G/DS Bypass/Remove FRP Lock

1. My friend gave me a locked Google Account phone, Samsung J2 Prime. It need to login with Google Account of before the factory reset.
2. So as usual, thanks to Google.
3. The key in is being able to open internet browser on the phone. First guide taugh to use SideSync, second guide taugh to use TalkBack.
4. So I try using the TalkBack method to be able to open an internet browser, download APK, install, login new Google Account, and then restart, then login using the new Google Account again, then done!

Laptop Power Up Hang, Fail, No BIOS Boot?

My Lenovo G500s got problem with power on. When I push the power switch, I can see the webcam indicator light power on, and usually, it light up for a while, then light off, then CMOS loading/boot. But the problem is, webcam indicator LED light up, then nothing happens after that.

After some googling (thanks to Google), the problem is related to CMOS memory battery, means the CMOS need to reset. And also, you may need to change the CMOS battery. But for a while, you can open the laptop cover (unscrew it), then take off/out the battery, then reassemble back the cover, then now try power on your laptop.

Maybe at first the problem still the same, stuck at webcam indicator light on. Don't worry, try push the power button and hold until webcam indicator light off. Then release the button. Then push the button again to power on.

So the problem is related to CMOS memory, maybe somehow corrupt or, I don't know. I just know that the CMOS memory need to be reset. So the keyword is "CMOS reset" or "clear CMOS".

VisualBoyAdvance Pokemon Emerald Blank Screen Load ROM?

Been awhile since my last time playing GameBoy Advance (GBA). Year 2000+ I have experienced playing the real GBA. Nowadays, I just play GBA using VisualBoyAdvance on Windows 10 and this software works perfectly!

But there is an error when you load Pokemon Emerald ROM. I have googled the error and found the solution here (http://ngemu.com/threads/pokemon-emerald-white-screen.185305/). What a surprise that it just simple fix/solution, just change the Save Type > Flash 128K, then the ROM now load successfully.

Want To Update DVD Drive ROM Writer Firmware?

Do you sometimes got problem with DVD you are burning with? Keep getting error or stuck in the middle of the burning process? Or even stuck at earlier process, maybe 1%, 9%, or even half of process? This problem or error usually occured for some type or DVD brand. Here is my solution.

It even my first time to know that we can actually update our DVD Drive ROM Writer. First of all, you need to identify what model is your DVD Writer. I use Nero Burning ROM to burn my DVD. So, at the recorder selection, you can see what model your DVD Writer is. You can either see it when you open the Nero Burning ROM and select New Compilation, or go to menu Recorder > Choose Recorder.

At menu Recorder > Choose Recoder, you can view the current firmware revision of your DVD Writer. So now, is that the latest firmware you got there? To find the answer, take note the model of the DVD Writer. Now, go to www.firmwarehq.com. Mine is ihas324. So I search for ihas324. My previous firmware revision is W, and the latest is Y. So I download the ihas324 Y (BL1Y firmware).

Remove any CD or DVD in the DVD Writer, then start the firmware update. After done, restart your computer. BUT WAIT! My DVD Writer is not working after the update. I can not eject it, not responding. If you have problem like me, here is my solution. First, shutdown the PC, turn of the power plug. Then I change the SATA port for my DVD Writer on the motherboard, change to other available slot. Remove the power cable for DVD Writer, and put it back. Then after that, I turn on my computer, and now, its working perfectly!

Hope this article will help you all. Please take note that this my experience and my way on solving this problem. If you want to try, do it at your own risk. Just be careful.
